Kunin felt is frequently used for burning and distressing techniques. It is also great for applique, making small items and general craft-work. Kunin is stiffer than wool-mix felt but much softer than other acrylic felts. You will not experience the brittle, glass like feel with this felt which is why it is so adaptable. Machine wash and dry, fade-resistant, cuts cleanly with no fraying, and is easy to cut and sew - no wonder Kunin felt is frequently asked for by name.
