This class covers a range of Cecile’s signature techniques; the things she teaches in Birmingham and Houston etc. You will use paint, foils, image transfer to create a background then build applique with silk, velvet and other interesting fabrics. The project will finish with some hand embroidery highlights. Paint and other media are included
